Free shipping to most countries worldwide. If we cannot ship to your country, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Your order arrives in 7–10 business days in the United States and 7–12 business days to the rest of the world, counted from the day you place it. Times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or carrier delays.

Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us through our contact page and we will help you with the carrier.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are paid by the customer on delivery. Delivery times can be a little longer for remote areas.
